About	Dr. J. Shahangian is a graduate of UCLA, and he served as Student Body President and was recognized by the Dean’s Leadership Institute. Dr. J. Shahangian has also completed three years of specialty training at the University of North Carolina. He has also served as Chief Resident and won national recognition for his research on hereditary dental disorders. Dr. J is also a breastfeeding advocate and a UCSD-trained Certified Lactation Educator Counselor. J. Shahangian is a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association, and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is the Scripps Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics owner and is more than a dental office.
