About	After graduating from Boston University with a degree in Psychology, Dr. Betsy Kaplan got her Dental Degree in Philadelphia at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Betsy then moved to Los Angeles, where she completed a General Practice Residency at VA Hospital in Long Beach and received her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from UCLA.
