About	Dr. Phillip H. Miller studied from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1973. He was in the first class that allowed to dental school. In 1975, Dr. Phillip finished his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at James Whitcomb Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Riley Hospital is the biggest children's hospital in the world. Dr. phillip's practice consisted of all phases of dental care for the infant, child, teenager, and handicapped. A strong importance placed on early, interceptive, and full orthodontic treatment.
