About	Tampopo Ramen is a little Japanese eatery specializing in ramen with housemade noodles, dumplings & pork buns. It is located on the northeast corner of Southern & McClintock. The interior is like a real ramen restaurant in Japan. It has a homely ramen bar feel to it, with spacious dining and a centralized tabletop area. It is an excellent Ramen joint in Tempe and offers a great selection of ramen and appetizers that compliment the meal. One one side is the kitchen, where the chefs work vigorously. Their staffs focus on attention to detail with all ingredients and presentation. You get to watch the chefs work their magic, and the little building it's in reminds me of something you would see in Tokyo.
