About	Benihana is one of the best Japanese hibachi grill places in Salt Lake City, UT. It is located behind the Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre, within easy walking distance from the world-renowned Mormon Temple. The inside of the restaurant is well-lit and clean. It gives you a communal dining experience. It is also a fun place to celebrate anniversaries or birthdays. Now they require masks, and the staff distance you from other guests by one chair. The chefs cook your food right in front of you and turn the cooking into a show. The hibachi items include complimentary tea. There is also a Philly roll with cream cheese mixed with eel and salmon and a sushi roll with cream cheese. If you are looking for a one-and-done experience, Benihana is the best place for you.
