Buy the 10 Hour Broth $8.95, Spicy Miso $8.95 & Tokyo Shoyu Ramen $8.95 They have ramen with different broths and toppings to choose from, along with wings, bao, and rice bowls among other things. I had the ramen with the 10-hour broth and beef brisket topping. It was delicious. I also had the beef bao which is basically a Japanese style sandwich made on what I think is steamed bread. I've never had anything like it but it was totally worth it.
