About	Maru Ramen is a relaxed Japanese restaurant specializing in ramen noodle dishes served in a minimalist interior. It is located in a little Chinatown type of location with plenty of other places to eat. Maru Ramen also serves vegetarian ramen with (pork-based) tonkatsu broth for non-strict veggie folks. The ambiance of Maru is beautiful and unique. The ceiling is covered in trees with wood tables tying it all together. Takoyaki is a traditional Japanese street food that includes battered octopus cooked until crispy and served with mayonnaise.
