About	Umami is a snug eatery serving unique sushi rolls, bowls of ramen & Japanese kitchen entrees, plus bento boxes. It is a small restaurant that is very clean and super attractive, and lots of Japanese culture splashes peppered throughout the restaurant. Umami is a small restaurant that has a few tables and a bar for eating. The menu has plenty of variety to choose from. The servers are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The langoustine is lightly battered and fried in tempura and placed on top of a spicy tuna roll, and finished with a drizzle of eel sauce. It is a spectacular blend of textures and flavors that leave you enjoying the sweet, rich, and slight spicy sushi with each bite. The customers can savor the ramen with a spicy broth.
