About	V's Italiano Ristorante was founded in 1963 by V (Vita) and Jay Totta, still a family-operated restaurant, and has been a dining establishment in Kansas City for more than 50 years. Throughout the decades, V's Italiano has grown to its present location with an elegant dining room for up to 150 guests, as well as three separate dining rooms for parties of up to 135. Their family recipes, rich in heritage, high-quality standards, and the personal touch of V for welcoming customers, have created an ever-expanding business. A beautiful wooden arbor with grapevines planted by V's father, Tony Barber, at the outside of the building. The vines are now cautiously tended by the fourth generation and can be seen from the inside of the Vista Vite room. You can also cherish a cocktail under the vines while listening to the cascading waters of their beautifully decorated stone waterfall in the intimate atmosphere of their Garden Patio.
