About	Dr. Claire de la Varre at Positive Spiral Hypnosis is a consulting hypnotist and hypnosis instructor in private practice since 2008. Dr. Claire works with clients of all ages but specializes in teens with anxiety, chronic illness, and unexplained medical symptoms (the latter needs a physician referral). Dr. Claire is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. Along with providing education for clients regarding their issues, Dr. Claire combines hypnosis with energy work, a gentle and relaxing way to help clients reach their goals, find motivation, resolve lingering issues from the past, and create personal growth. Dr. Claire offers a free 15-min consultation for new clients (or for parents to discuss their child’s issues) before making an appointment. All clients receive mp3 recordings and other materials to practice with at home.
