| About | Salem Lake Trail is the area's most popular trails for fitness activities, and equestrians can also be seen along with cyclists, walkers, and bikers. The mile markers on the Salem Lake Trail run counterclockwise from the parking lot of Stage, located near the playground and picnic area. Lake Trail stretches almost 7 miles, rounding Salem Lake in Winston-Salem city park. The park has a 365-acre lake, and the trail provides panoramic views over the water. Water fountains at the Point car park and Linville Road run between April and October. Linville's parking area has bathrooms and a fun playground near the marina center. Salem Lake offers fishing from the pier or a boat. There are also some canoes and paddle boarders. Salem Lake Trail has plenty of nature to explore. |
