AboutSavannah Ogeechee Canal is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that provides trails, kayaking, and nature tours. The museum and the nature centre tells the history of the 1880s commercial canal, with models & remains of its locks. It has a popular Stewardship Program for visitors. You can enjoy the weekend of camping and completing a service project for Savannah Ogeechee Canal. The boardwalks abd bridges made for easy picture taking and a higher view of nature. The trails are well-maintained while preserving the natural environment.
