About	Ellison Park is a Historical old fort 447-acre park located in the downtown of Rochester, NY. It has five softball diamonds, one multi-use athletic field, a playground with great walking paths, a dog park, wonderful pavilions, and a beautiful little stream running through all of it. The trail has various lodges, and it is an amazing spot to plan an event, host a party, or take a picnic. You can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride around the park in winter too. There is one designated sledding hill located in Ellison Park. It has a wide range of flora and fauna and is a beautiful place to relax and exercise. Ellison Park has been the hub of many historical events and locations.
