| About | Neale Woods Nature Center is a 600-acre nature reserve in Omaha. It is a nonprofit organization operated by Fontenelle Forest. Edith Neale started this nature center by donating 112 acres of land in 1971. Then Carl Jonas donated another 60 acres of land. Visitors can get trail maps from the Neale Woods Nature Center. The trails of the park are available every day. A downloadable PDF version of the trail map is also available online. The nature center will be open for visitors during summer, spring, and fall. You can explore the beautiful views and shade along the trails. |
