About	Blendon Woods Metro Park is a well-renowned hiking trail in Columbus, OH. The park is a 653-acre park that provides the waterfowl refuge, nature center plus disc golf, ice-skating. It features beautiful stream-cut ravines surrounded by beech-maple and oak-hickory woods with exposed ripple rock sandstone and open fields. It is also a perfect place to see songbirds, fowls, and other wildlife. The 118-acre Walden Waterfowl Preserve, with its 11-acre Thoreau Dam, offers hundreds of birds, wetlands, and other wildlife as sanctuaries. It includes two elevated shelters for watching waterfowl, with spotting scopes. The trails are divided into easy, moderate, and difficult hikes based on distance.
