About	Soap Plant Wacko is a family-run shop located in the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles. In their family, mom handled hand-crafted soaps, and dad designed the graphics, and sons Peter and Billy Shire produced original ceramics and leather wares. They added books, ceramics, and unique jewelry to their ever-increasing stock. The shop served as the pop culture toy shop with a punk rock attitude. Soap Plant Wacko has over 6,500 square feet of retail space in a 10,000 square foot building with a private backlot. Their eclectic array of items is helped turn Melrose into an internationally recognized shopping destination.
