About	Big Awesome BBQ is a popular food truck that serves Syracuse and its surrounding areas. The truck has created and perfected all of its own recipes. They make their own rubs, sauces, and sides. They take traditional barbecue favorites and excellently serve them. From their smoked meatballs to their fan-favorite "The Burrito," they have come up with many unique ways to offer the Central NY area. They smoke all of their meats, and most of their sides are on an old-fashioned wood-fired reverse flow offset smoker. Texas Cheese Steak comprises a slow-smoked beef shoulder on a roll with jalapeños, Alabama white bbq sauce, and cheese sauce.
