About	Dr. David S. Oliver is one of the best board-certified otolaryngologists in this region. He obtained his medical degree from the MUSC College of Medicine in 1988 and performed the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program at MCV in 1994. Dr. David has extensive experience in treating sinus disease with in-office balloon sinuplasty.
