About	Dr. William Wiggs obtained his MD from East Carolina University in 1990. He did his residency in Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA, in 1995. Dr. William was board-certified in 1996. Dr. William focuses on performing ear, nasal, and sinus surgeries. He also deals with allergies, swimmer’s ear, and middle ear fluids.
