About	Dr. Luke Shellenberger obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He did his otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at the University of Iowa. Dr. Luke's professional interests include pediatric and general otolaryngology treatment. He specializes in head and neck surgical treatment, hearing loss, thyroid cancers, and facial reconstruction. His research interests include advances in the practice of vocal cord paralysis and the management of pain after tonsillectomy. Dr. Shellenberger has been invited to present papers at numerous national academy meetings and has written many research articles in several national journals. He is also recognized for the Alfreda Van Wart Award for clinical resident research.
