About	Donna has practiced employment law and litigation since graduating with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2000. After that, she continued to law school at the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. She spent the first part of her profession representing employers with termination considerations, wage and hour issues, and strategies in a broad array of lawsuits. Donna's practice then moved in 2007 to mainly representing employees and their rights in the workplace. She has first-chaired or co-chaired umpteen jury trials in state and federal court and has gained multi-million dollar answers for her clients. Due to her enlightenment received from representing both sides in litigation, Donna has also revealed a successful mediation practice. She prefers to assist people in finding practical solutions for their employment difficulties. She understands how to fight hard and work hard for one's goals.
