About	Dr. Jennifer Baron, MD is double board-certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery with the American Board of Dermatology. She graduated with BA from Pomona College, MD from Jefferson Medical College, completed her internship in Internal Medicine and her residency in Dermatology at Oregon Health Sciences University where she also served as the Academic Chief Resident. She completed additional fellowship years in Anatomic Pathology at Thomas Jefferson University and Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the University of British Columbia and is a founding member of the first credentialing of Mohs Surgeons with the American Board of Dermatology. She has performed over 6,000 Mohs cases since 2006, over 300 as a volunteer surgeon in underserved areas. Her international publications (Goodman and Baron, 2006 and 2007) on acne scarring are the gold standard for evaluation and treatment.
