| About | St. Anthony Church is one of the oldest parishes considered the Mother Church of Long Beach. The church was founded in 1902. The church has 18,000 people and has climbed to 55,000 by 1920. The church architecture is so stunning, and the altar has exquisite paintings of delicate, colorful art with unique golden carvings. St. Anthony Church offers community baptisms that take place throughout the year and are typically scheduled at 10am on Saturdays.
