About	St. Patrick Cathedral was built in 1917. The Cathedral is an artwork and one of the historical landmarks of El Paso. The church was designed by the St. Louis architectural firm Barnett, Haynes, and Barnett. The Cathedral was a magnificent expression of faith that provided Catholic worship with an uplifting atmosphere and an inspiring place for private prayer. The glass windows of the 20 West to East display the scenes of Jesus Christ; the glass is an antique German mouth-blown glass.
