About	Asia Restaurant is a cozy eatery serving an extensive menu of classic Chinese fare as well as Asian-fusion dishes. The restaurant is wonderfully decorated inside, and it is inviting and comfortable. Asia Restaurant is by far the best Chinese and most authentic Chinese in the entire Lehigh Valley. The Chef and the owner Alex manages to incorporate the flavors of countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, and Japan for diverse and unique menus in Asia. The restaurant is open only for private parties on Sundays. They specialize in authentic northern Chinese cooking. Their dining room has a seating facility to accomodate about 75 people. The customers can try the Ginger Honey Chicken, Sizzling Peppercorn Steak, Jane’s Birthday Dinner, Skip’s Delight & Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodles.
