Dr. Kelley W. Smith finished his residency and internship at the William Beaumont Army Med. Center in El Paso. He then did his Cardiology fellowship at Brooke Army Medical Cent. in San Antonia, Texas. Dr. Kelley specializes in clinical cardiology, percutaneous coronary intervention, and permanent pacemaker implantation.
