About	Madelyn's Cake is a specialty cake shop crafting creative custom special-occasion designs as well as ready-made cakes. Madelyn Alfonso is the Founder of this cake shop. She constantly tested recipes in her mother’s kitchen, while family and colleagues gave her comment on her delicious cakes. She got degree in baking & pastry and a bachelors in food service management. Then, she decided to start her own shop in her home town. On January 16th, 2006, the doors of Madelyn’s Cakes were opened to the public, where she along with her mom and her skilled team continue to make amazing cakes that not only are tasty but also originally beautiful. All their cakes are made from scratch with high-quality ingredients and with love. Madelyn's Cake also provides customized cakes for all events.
