Their story begins in Denmark, where Chef Flemming started his career as an artisanal baker. Chef Flemming has decided to continue his lifelong dream of baking for a local city after offering his talents to nine high-end luxury hotels and providing expert training to aspiring pastry chefs at the Art Institute in Las Vegas.
