Connie Hennip and Wanda Faber, two siblings who enjoyed making and decorating cakes at Family Fare, decided to enter into a partnership and began Connie’s Cakes in 1995. After 15 years in business, Connie decided to leave the business side of the operation. Mary Scheidel bought Connie's Cakes from her aunt in 2010. They also make cookies, brownies, full-size and mini cupcakes. They are specialized in baking and decorating wedding cakes for all occasions.
