Everything in their bakery is made from "scratch," using classic European techniques. Their expert cake makers create a beautiful centerpiece cake as simple or as complex as you would like. They make all their cake fillings, frostings, purees, and glazes. Their team squeezes their juices from fresh fruit. Metropol's cakes are personally decorated and are unique in design. They never freeze any of their bakery products. Gluten-free and wheat-free cakes are also available. Custom cakes available by special request. Metropol also offers a wide range of drinks menu using Fair-trade certified organic coffee locally roasted by Cafeto Coffee.
