About	Urth Caffé is America's first exclusively organic coffee company. In 1989, Shallom and Jilla opened the first Urth Caffé in Manhattan Beach, CA. This Cafe serves organic coffees, teas, tasty lunches, and vegan desserts. Still, the real point of interest is the masterpiece of the exterior (made of brick and stained glass) that perfectly frames the outdoor tables of the urban Angelenos to discuss their latest installations while slurping boba milk tea. Urth Caffé uses the creamiest butter, grass-fed beef, organic and hormone-free dairy, sustainable fruits, local family free-range vegetarian-fed eggs, and organic salad lettuces from the farm brought directly to their cafes each day.
