Bob's Bar-B-Q was established in 1948 by Bob & Elizabeth Littles in downtown Tacoma. Their restaurant is the oldest still existing authentic barbecue eatery in Washington State. Bob's Bar-B-Q serves only the best cuts of meat, authentic wood pit-smoked barbeque, and uses Bob's Bar-B-q original barbeque sauce. Bob's Bar-B-Q's Manager is JC Da Street Grilla C.
