Matt Davis and James Barrington are the owners of the Wood Shop BBQ. Matt Davis spent ten years nurturing a serious BBQ hobby and dreaming of bringing the highest quality of BBQ to Seattle. They bring their take on Kansas City and Central Texas BBQ versions to the Pacific Northwest. James Barrington's roots are in Texas, and he dreamed of bringing the culture of great BBQ and community to Seattle. All their meats are smoked with imported Hickory from the Ozark Mountains and Post Oak from Texas. Wood Shop BBQ provides catering services for your next event. They buy only the high-quality beef from Painted Hills out of Fossil, OR. The restaurant is open for dine-in and take-out. Wood Shop BBQ's gift cards are available for walk-up orders.
