AboutStubb's Bar-B-Q has been serving authentic Texas Bar-B-Q in Texas since 1968. It was owned and managed by Stubb. Stubb was born Christopher B. Stubblefield in Navasota. He opened his first restaurant in Lubbock. He made his first barbecue in the hickory pit behind his place in 1968. Their restaurant is always filled with friends, excellent music, and lots of Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q. Their downstairs bar is 693 square feet that will hold 60 customers. Stubb's BBQ will cater to entertainment, party favors, floral, photography, or specialty decor to personalize your event. Their catering service is available for up to 25 guests. Just go and try their ice-cold beer, live music, and their post-oak-smoked meats in the middle of the Red River Cultural District. Don't forget to try their signature buffets, appetizers, homemade desserts, and a customized bar. Curbside pickup is available at Stubb's Bar-B-Q.
