About	Uncle Chuang's Bakery is a leading bakery owned and operated by Chuang. Growing up in Taiwan, Chuang always loved eating fresh pastries and dishes from the local street vendors. He wanted to create similar flavors and products that brought back those nostalgic thoughts. To make his dream happen, Chuang invested all his energy and resources into creating and establishing his bakery. He plans to open the first Asian bakery in Riverside. In December 2013, the first Uncle Chuang's Bakery began in Riverside University Village. Chuang and his daughter bring together Taiwanese and American experiences by creating bakery items that can satisfy the hunger of everyone.
