About	Petunia's Pies & Pastries is a cute, hip bakery doling out creative vegan & gluten-free sandwiches, soups & desserts, plus cocktails. Lisa Clark is the founder of Petunia's Pies & Pastries. Lisa creates plenty of innovative pastries and desserts featuring fresh, seasonal, local, and wholesome ingredients that are entirely gluten-free & vegan. Her creative idea and plans started years ago as a child, as she learned to bake with her mom, Kathy. Lisa's mother taught her all about traditional baking, and from both parents, she learned how to express love through art and nourishment. Lisa uses organic cane sugar and alternative sweeteners such as agave syrup, brown rice syrup, coconut sugar, and date sugar. Petunia's bakers have many years of experience, excellent customer service, lots of creative ideas for delicious custom flavors, and stunning décor to share with you.
