About	La Brioche Patisserie is one of the best bakeries in Jackson, MS. Alejandra Mamud and Cristina Lazzari, siblings from Rosario, Argentina, were being in Miami when they decided that Mississippi was the perfect place to follow their dream of organic farming. Together with their mom, Maria, they began one of the first certified organic farms in Mississippi. Alejandra continued her work under the guidance of chief bakers and world-famous chefs at various hotels, restaurants, and bakeries in Chicago.
