About	Little Bird Bakeshop provides scratch-made cakes, pies, and pastries, plus light breakfast & lunch in a brick-walled cafe. Amy Corliss is the Owner & Pastry Chef of this bakery. Her passion for baking started from eating her grandma's homemade cookies and quick bread. She bakes bread of honey wheat bread (with the help of her mom, Chris) and sold it door to door in her community. Amy is always trying new recipes, tweaking old ones, and on the quest to bring more delicious sweet treats to the Ft. Collins community. Come on in, and you'll be welcomed by the sounds and aromas of freshly baked pastries, handcrafted beverages, and the welcoming hum of conversation amongst friends.
