| About | Koch's Bakery is a family-owned bakery offering donuts, pastries, pies, plus decorated cakes and cookies. It is Chattanooga's oldest full-line retail bakery. It was first opened in 1948 by George and Irene Koch. George was a third-generation cook and learned his business under his father's guidance. He is responsible for many of the formulas that are still used today. They have an extensive range of bakery products such as danish, assorted pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies. They have a wide range of cookie-cutter shapes available and can special order custom shapes for business logos or anything out of the ordinary. Koch's Bakery is a perfect place to have meet-ups. |
