About	Irregardless Cafe & Catering is a family-friendly restaurant. It was founded and operated by Arthur Gordon, the master and chef of the cuisine restaurant. Irregardless was opened as the community's first vegetarian eatery. He has continually stimulated clients to eat moderately on the food chain and to giving tasty vegan and gluten-free meals. The restaurant has become the first establishment in North Carolina and a non-smoking business. Their teams are serving regional, fresh-from-the-farm, healthful, and innovative meals to their respective clients.
