Peacock Tree Yoga provides yoga classes in York suitable for all ages and abilities, based on a 'progressive Hatha yoga system designed to help students develop a calm and focused mind and acquire physical flexibility and strength. Peacock Tree Yoga's classes are held in-person and online, with all online classes being recorded and stored in an online library to which all students are given unlimited access. New students are invited to book a free trial lesson before making an ongoing commitment to their transformation.
