Based in her home studio/garden in St Albans (Fleetville) or online via Zoom, Josie's yoga classes are fun, friendly and open to everyone, whatever the age, ability, background, or interest. The wide range of yoga classes are small and intimate, allowing students to benefit from careful attention and instruction. Largely inspired by Hatha yoga and the Anusara tradition of yoga, Josie’s classes will help strengthen and stretch your body, helping you develop a sense of wellbeing and a positive approach to life. Each class includes yoga movement, breathwork and relaxation exercises. Josie teaches with experience and respect for each individual and is a qualified and insured yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. |
