The yoga studio has been offering a dedicated and welcoming space for all who come to explore the Living Yoga Method. For hundreds of Living Yoga students, the Sanctuary has become an energy hub to plug into for continued inspiration, renewal & personal transformation. They also offer Intensive Retreats and Teacher Training Programmes at basic & advanced levels, making it the home of Yoga in Southampton. Daily live-stream sessions and an on-demand video library are also available. If you are new to yoga, you can get their introduction course to start. |
