| About | Namaste Yoga Portsmouth is a well-known yoga studio in Portsmouth, UK. Linda Davis is the instructor of the yoga studio. Her yoga experience started with a posture known as Halasana (The Plough)) used by a 1980’s exercise teacher to conclude a session on a keep fit cassette. She found it relaxing, and once Linda realised it was the yoga she was doing, well, she was hooked. Linda has been fortunate enough to use her skills for other groups such as the elderly, using chair-based yoga and at local mental health, unit helping patients with anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. Recently she has also taken on private students with individual needs. Her philosophy is that yoga is for everyone. Take your first steps to a happier, healthier, more relaxed you. Affordable and relaxing Hatha yoga for all ages & abilities. Their classes will also no longer be on a drop in basis but need to be booked and paid for a month in advance at £6 per session. |
