| About | Yoga by Gillian takes an integrated approach to all aspects of yoga. Gillian is a qualified Yoga teacher who has over 15 years of experience on the mat. She practices what she preaches, investing time in meditation, yoga Nidra, and a variety of different styles of yoga, and passing her knowledge on in a safe and comfortable environment. Gillian is on a mission to make yoga the normal and accessible for everyone. All of her classes are interesting, challenging, nurturing, accepting and most of all, fun. Yoga by Gillian's classes is designed carefully to ensure that they provide adequate support for beginners while providing an appropriate challenge for more experienced yogis. They want you to experience the calmness that defines the yogic experience and to take these skills into your daily life. You will work hard at one of their yoga classes, but they make sure that the relaxation at the end is well worth your effort throughout the class. |
