Their teaching community is full of experience, and they welcome beginners & experienced yogi's alike into their classes. Their classes are fun and personable. They have over ten showers in both the male & female changing rooms, so there is plenty of space for members to distance themselves and still be able to enjoy their experience! They also offer online classes. LYS Online classes are easy to follow, and each class has a description that provides you with an indication of what the class will be like. Both at the Studio & online, they have specialist classes including Meditation, Backbending, Hip Mobility and Journaling. NHS and Student discounts are available. |
