| About | Studio 70 is a warm, welcoming & relaxing space in the heart of Glasgow's Southside. Michelle opened Studio 70 with Laura, achieving her ambition to create a nice environment and nurturing space for people to practice in. Her yoga journey began 17 years ago when she practised Hatha Yoga for relaxation and stress management. She is qualified as a Shamanic Practitioner in February 2020, after three years of training with Claudia Goncalves and Mark Halliday at the Shamanic Centre in Edinburgh. Michelle loves to empower people to feel healthy and grounded in body and mind. Studio 70 aims to provide a supportive & nurturing environment for people to explore awareness of body and mind through mindful movement. The yoga studio is inclusive of all ages, body types and abilities. They offer a range of classes in Flow, Restorative, Meditation, pregnancy and classes designed for kids, teens & over 50s. |
