About	Yoga Satsanga Ashram was founded by Surender Saini and Sally Saini in 2009. It is an authentic, traditional West Wales Yoga Centre, offering training courses for students and residential yoga instructors. They welcome and invite you to study and practice ashtanga/raja yoga and holistic classical hatha yoga. Their instructors will teach and practice Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Mantra Chanting, Meditation, Satsanga, and Bhajan Singing All of their courses are safe for students at all levels of yoga. They teach hatha yoga in a safe and step-by-step strategy so that everybody can practice it at their own pace.
