About	The Yoga Studio is Carlisle’s one of the dedicated and premier Yoga Studios. It is owned by Emma Vasquez & Martin Scott. They host a substantial timetable with 40 classes per week led by experienced teachers. The Yoga Studio has separate changing rooms for men & women, as well as separate toilets for men and women. You can leave your mat in the changing rooms, and they have lots of storage for your belongings whilst you’re in class, as well as a coat rack & shoe rack. This means their studio floor space is clear, clutter and belonging free and only used for practising yoga. The Yoga Studio is recognised as one of the top 25 yoga studios in the UK as voted by women health magazine. If you get a membership at the yoga studio, you can receive a guest pass once a month where you can bring a friend for free.
