About	YO! Sushi is a lovely and welcoming restaurant in Edinburgh. The waiting staff were attentive and very friendly, the kitchen staff were wonderful to watch. YO! Sushi is the perfect place to try some lip-smacking Japanese food, sushi rolls, teriyaki sauce, and Japanese desserts. All dishes are taken from the belt or ordered from the open kitchen at a colourful chain restaurant. Sushi comes to you on a conveyor belt; if an item you want is not on the conveyor, you can order it from the menu. Always a great selection of belts and quick service when ordering extra dishes. All the staff are great, happy to help you out. Customers love all the sushi dishes that pass through the conveyor belt, each looking as good with the eye as they taste. They all make a touch of extra-local sauces to help the palette. If you're looking for a quick lunch snack, or if you're coming with friends, you're going to be all right.
